Our 100% recycled, toughened plastic shed and building bases are used for a number of purposes, mainly being they act as a solid building base for sheds, log cabins, greenhouses and summerhouses etc, to sit firmly onto. With benefits such as being sustainable and quick and easy to install with easy setting levels, a plastic building base provides load spreading support to the heavy structures that stand on them. Our building bases have been tested to withstand up to 500 tonnes. We are proud to offer an eco-friendly building base solution that complies with S.U.D.S regulations and the Flood and Water Management Act 2010. Our building bases come with a unique 10-year guarantee and are the perfect solution to lift your building off the ground. The elevation of the building base provides damp prevention air pockets below. Made from 100% recycled plastic and sized at 500mm x 500mm x 40mm, our grids are UV stable, non-toxic with a temperature stability from -50°C to +90°C. Our 12×10 building base is provided with heavy duty membrane. 12sqm of grids and membrane supplied.
