Description
The K Rend Silicone K1 Scraped Render Coat incorporates silicone technology to leave a finely textured finish on exterior walls. This render is easily activated when mixed with water to create a reliable coating for the desired surface. This product is suitable for hand application or can be used with most render spray machines.

- Amount required for one coat or 2 passes onto 7 Newton blocks: Approx. 26-32kg/m²
- Coverage: 25kg will cover approx 0.9m² (Nominal thickness of 16mm)

Application Instructions
- One coat can be applied directly onto blockwork. To avoid ‘ghosting’, this should be finished to a minimum of 16mm
- Apply to a recommended thickness of 18mm in two coats
- Once set, 2mm is scraped off to achieve a thickness of 16mm
- Hollows should be filled in immediately to avoid skin forming
- Achieve line level by utilising a darby or a straight edge
