FT Paints ACRY-902 is a premium 2K Acrylic-Polyurethane high-gloss paint engineered for vehicles, industrial machinery, structural steel, and outdoor metalwork. Designed as a direct-to-metal solution, it bonds seamlessly to steel, aluminium, and galvanised surfaces while delivering outstanding UV, chemical, and weather resistance. This two-component system uses a 3:1 mixing ratio with your choice of hardener — E9005 (standard), E9003 (slow), or E9006 (fast) — making it adaptable across a wide temperature range. Add 20–40% SOLV UNIVERSAL thinner for optimal flow whether spraying with a 1.3–1.5mm gravity feed or HVLP gun, or applying by brush. It dries to the touch in 3–4 hours at 20°C and reaches full cure after 15 days, achieving C5 Medium corrosion protection (ISO 12944) with exceptional gloss retention and mechanical strength. Ideal for automotive refinishing, commercial fleets, agricultural equipment, and protective coating of industrial components. Available in gloss, satin, or matt, and compatible with optional additives including UV blockers, anticrater agents, and flow enhancers for enhanced finish quality and durability.
