The Mapei Ultrabond Eco VS90 Plus Vinyl & Rubber Adhesive 5kg is a universal acrylic adhesive for PVC and rubber flooring. Formulated as a paste, this product can be used on absorbent surfaces and can handle intensely heavy loads. This flooring adhesive has a fast and strong initial grab for excellent all-round performance.

Application Instructions

The sub-floor should be clean, free from any contaminants and structurally sound
The surface should also have an effective damp-proof membrane and be dry enough to receive a bonded floor covering
On new uneven concrete and/or impervious substrates, the levelling / smoothing compound should be applied at a minimum of 3mm thickness
VS90 should be spread evenly over the floor surface with a 1.6m v-notched trowel in a sweeping motion with the trowel at an angle of 60° and the floor covering placed into the adhesive while it is still wet
