A peppery and highly-nutritional variety of green leaf which you can pick again and again over summer. Add to salads for a peppery bite or sandwiches for a great garnish. Sowing outdoors: Sow seeds thinly in a shallow pre-watered row, lightly covering with a thin layer of soil. Keep soil moist as dry conditions may inhibit and impair germination. Allow 30cm (12in) between rows and just 2.5cm (1in) between plants. Try sowing little and often; every few weeks during the summer should ensure a continuous supply. Keep well-watered in periods of dry weather.
