Deep Blue Pro Concentrated Filter & Cartridge Cleaner – Essential in maintaining a clean & healthy filtration system for either pools or spas.
Directions For Use:
Sand FiltersBackwash the Filter, drain & isolate filter, replace drain bung to allow the filter to be re-filled with the cleaning agent. If possible remove filter lid to allow easy application of agent.Add at a rate as follows:18″ Diameter filters – add 250ml24″ Diameter filters – add 500ml30″ Diameter filters – add 750ml36″ Diameter filters – add 1000mlThen fill filter with water and allow to soak for at least 6 hours or 12 hours overnight for optimal performance. Replace lid & ensure filter is ready to backwash.Backwash & rinse filter for a minimum of 2 minutes prior to returning the filter to service.
Cartridge Filters Remove cartridge and other screens from the unit and flush debris from filter body & cartridge screens etc. Soak overnight the cartridge in a 5% solution of the cleaner. Rinse thoroughly, allow to dry and clean with a soft brush, reassemble the filter unit & return to service.
General Precautions:· Never mix with any other chemicals including cleaning products, weedkillers and chlorine products, as a dangerous reaction may occur.
Handling/Storage:· Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors.· Wash hands after use.· Ensure chemicals do not become damp in storage – store in a cool dry place.· Ensure all product safety warnings issued on the container are followed
