PureSeal Concrete Sealer Pro is a high solids acrylic sealer designed for sealing block paving, slabs or imprinted concrete. Designed to be tougher and longer lasting than its competitors due to its higher resin content, it is easy to apply by brush, roller or sprayer, and because it is solvent-based, it dries quickly to a tough finish with various finishes available. Application: Depending on the surface you are working with, you can apply concrete sealer pro with a brush, roller or sprayer. A heavy first coat is beneficial on block paving where as lighter coats will be required on pattern imprinted concrete to prevent bubbling. Allow 40 minutes between coats. Apply your second coat 90 to degrees to the first. Clean tools and equipment with xylene after use. Do not use a roller on block paving to prevent spreading sand across the surface. Do not apply this sealer if the ground temperature is over 22 degrees as this will cause the sealer to flash dry and fail. Top Tips: Remove any excess sand from block paving with a leaf blower before application. Mask and protect delicate surfaces to prevent damage. - Surface Preparation – Ensure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free from algae, moss, dirt, and grease. Use a leaf blower to remove loose sand from block paving joints. Mask off any surrounding areas to avoid overspray or splashing.
- Instructions for Use – Apply using a brush, sprayer, or roller (note: do not use a roller on block paving to avoid dragging sand across the surface). Apply the first coat generously, especially on block paving to penetrate and bind the joints. Allow 40 minutes drying time before applying a second coat at 90° to the first for even coverage. Apply in temperatures between 10–22°C. Do not apply in hot or direct sunlight
