Vent Axia 251710F VA100XHP Axial Extractor Fan with Humidistat Pullcord & Shutter 100mm Axial extractor fan, normally used in bathroom / toilet locations. This model has a built in humidity sensor which automatically switches the fan on when humidity / condensation is detected, then off when it clears. The humidity sensor level is adjustable. There is also pull-cord switch which turns the fan on / off.
