Designed for both interior and exterior use, this high-quality, pre-mixed filler is the ultimate solution for flawless brick repairs. Whether you need to address minor chips, cracks, drill holes, or other types of damage, our textured formulation blends seamlessly with existing brickwork, ensuring repairs that are virtually invisible. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Preparation: Remove any loose material using a wire brush. Ensure the damaged brick is clean, sound, and dry. Apply a suitable stabiliser if the brick is unsound. Application: Firmly press the Brick Filler into the damaged area using a small pointing trowel or similar tool. Reform the brick face to level with the surrounding bricks. Re-shape the surface of the repair to match the form and contours of the original brick. For damage deeper than 12mm, build the repair in layers no thicker than 12mm. Allow each layer to dry for 12-24 hours before applying the next. TECHNICAL DETAILS Coverage: 300g repairs: standard size brick (201mm x 65mm) approximately 1 and a half brick faces at 12mm depth. Drying Time: Shower proof in 12 hours; fully cured in 7 days (depending on ambient conditions). Limitations: Do not apply in rain or temperatures below 10 degrees C or above 30 degress C or if exposure to these conditions is likely during curing time. Do not apply below DPC.
- Store in dry, cool conditions above 10 degrees C. If stored correctly and unopened the product will have a shelf life of at least 16 months. If the product begins to dry out in tub, simply add a small amount of water and mix until the product is pliable.
