Our Fire-Rated Mortice Sashlocks are ideal for internal doors in homes or workplaces, certified for 30 and 60 minute fire doors. Featuring a robust yet gentle spring mechanism, they ensure smooth, quiet closing. The two-part faceplate prevents latch bending from over-tightened screws, while the dust box conceals frame mortice work for a clean, polished finish. An adjustable keep eliminates door rattle during breezy evenings when your doors and windows are open, easily adjusted in 10 seconds with a flathead screwdriver. Designed for use with all door handles, the lock also features a pierced case to accommodate back-to-back bolt-through fixings. Our mortice door locks suit both left- and right-handed doors—simply flip over the latch to change door handing. Compatible with lever handles, door knobs, and thumbturn and release sets. Our matt black faceplates and keeps add a decorative feature to your door to combine style with reliability.
