As the lengths are bespoke and cut to order they are exempt from B&Q return policy. Please check your measurements and if needed prior to ordering request a sample from our website or via email. Once items are cut and shipped, they are classed as a made to measurement and nonrefundable. Only faulty goods or an order error from our side are applicable for a return. All claims for a return due to faulty goods will need the item to be checked over and images of the fault emailed to us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
