Large crisp white bulbs, with a mild ‘aniseed’ flavour.
- Soil – Moist & well drained
- Watering instructions – Water regularly
- Instructions for storage – Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
- Plant in May to July, Harvesting period July to October
- After planting care instructions – Thin seedlings to 20cm apart. Water well until plants are established. As the swollen stems start to develop, build earth up around them to preserve the whiteness and subtle flavour.
